SHARPAL 103N All-in-1 Knife Garden Tool Lawn Mower Blade Sharpener

This is an excellent piece of equipment. I really didn't know what to expect, but I had read reviews & after reading decided to try one since I usually spent money taking my lawnmower blade to a Family Hardware store to be sharpened & have to wait so many days or weeks to get the blade back. I had actually called around before ordering to see if I could get in anywhere to have my blade sharpened & most places were booked up. The place that I usually went to had a 2 to 4 week return time. When I received my Sharpener, I immediately opened it & read the instructions & tried it out on my lawnmower blade. It sharpened it pretty good & sliced right through my front & back yards with no problem. I would recommend for anyone who has had to deal with taking their lawnmower blade to a Hardware Store & had to wait weeks to get it back only to be charged a high price. This Sharpner is easy to use & sharpens great (If U follow the instructions). It can be used on numerous types of blades & is inexpensive. It pays for itself in 1 use. I would definitely purchase again...

Affordable and so easy to use. Ladies if you are looking for an easy way to keep your garden tools sharp this is your friend. Sharp tools make my garden tasks much easier. This sharpener is one of the most versatile tools I have used. I've used this to sharpen a lawn mower blade and some sheers. For the lawn mower blade, it did a good job. It took several swipes (OK many swipes) to sharpen the blade. If you have many nicks or burrs, I would suggest a file before using this tool. For the sheers, this is useless. With the placement of the sheers sharpening part of this tool, I am unable to get only 50% of the blade sharpened. The rest of the blade is impossible to reach with this tool. I am not able to get it all the way to the hinge. If you take apart your sheers, then you should be able to get this tool to sharpen them, but I also noticed the angle on the tool for sharpening does not match the factory edge that Fiskars put on it. There are other tools that will sharpen sheers without having to dismantle them (although taking them apart does make it easier). I haven't used this sharpening tool but one season, and I would say that it is worth it overall. I have not noticed significant wear on the tool, so I expect it to last several seasons of sharpening my gardening tools before wearing out.

This is truly an excellent sharpener! It sharpened everything from scissors to a lawnmower blade. I'm looking forward to also sharpening a number of knives and camp axes.

I bought this for my long handle grass shears and was pleasantly surprised to find there is a sharpener for scissors and knives. It's made to be very easy to use with guides to hold the blade correctly for sharpening. It's lightweight also. It made my shears effective again. I was going to have to buy a new pair of both shears and scissors, and it will be a money saver in the future. Well worth the price.
