We bought 2 of these for our kids! One of them arrived with a bent wheel, but after reaching out to the company about the issue, they replaced the entire bike! Customer service is great! The other bike we purchased is perfect and had no issues!

You should see the tricks I can do on this bike.

The brakes were not meant for the bike. I took it to a bike mechanic after the brakes failed on the first ride. They showed me where the pads had been ground at an angle to match the rims. The chain gets dislodged about every 1/3 of a mile. I'm not sure if the seller is jamming mismatched parts to sell bikes, but it seems a liability to do so on a child's bike. Very dangerous! Do not recommend.

I bought 2 for 9 years old twins. Easy bike to assemble, but the suspension for the 24 inch is locked / fixed (not a suspended suspension). There is no instruction if and how they can be unlocked. In the advertisement / details it is mentioned « suspension forks but this is not true for the 2 bikes (2 different colors) we bought.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 8 year-old granddaughter. A little large but she can grow in to it and use it for many years. And, she loves it.

Love the color. Was easy to assemble and my granddaughter has been on it everyday since her birthday.

I bought this bike for my son and while one of the parts didn’t fit at first, the manufacturer was incredibly responsive. They quickly sent the correct part and even included a helmet, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was easy to put together, his 14 year old sister did it by herself, and the it feels very durable. My son absolutely loves the bike and has now mastered riding without training wheels. The quality is great, the support was excellent, and I highly recommend this bike.

This bike has caused us nothing but trouble. It is unsafe and unreliable. We have had it 2 months and everything that can break has broke. Our son was so excited about receiving this bike but unfortunately is left pushing his bike back on bike rides because a piece breaks off everytime. He has fallen off several times and gotten hurt due to the brakes not working, gears breaking, handlebar falling off, etc. I assumed I had a faulty bike and reached out to customer service but their solution was for me to front more money to fix it. I want to steer others away from the same issue we’re having.
