I've read various info about being a diabetic and consuming protein powder so I might just chill on the protein powder use until I can get my diabetes under control. I know some times kidneys can have a hard time with releasing protein in the urine. Which is supposed to be bad. With that said. The taste is very good. None of that chalky taste or a bitter after taste like some powders. One reason I avoid stevia or aspartame sweetened products. It mixes well so that's a plus. No blender is even needed. Just a shaker will do. Over all I would give this a recommendation if someone is just seeking quality whey protein added to their diet. Whey usually ranks very high among various types of protein. There's not many nutrients in this stuff but this is a protein supplement that anyone can use. For that extra energy or building muscle. Any thing in between. It's an isolate so it shouldn't bother your stomach like some of the whey protein powder can.

This is the brand to use for no weird after taste and no gritty texture. Mixes easily and the best price around. Tastes great and effective in control of my appetite

These are well flavored protein powders! Most of the flavors I have tried from ON have been great. I always typically look for powders that don’t have a lot of sugars/carbs & more protein for your buck, and this brand always hits the mark on that stuff for me. The container comes pretty full (I have had this container a couple of weeks so the video doesn’t show the full amount). & this is important because there are some brands (who I will not name here cus my review will prob get flagged 😂) that have the audacity to send you containers that are half empty. Anywho, I really enjoy the strawberry flavor on this one, it mixes well with water and with other stuff too (like when I make chia pudding or what not). I def recommend this brand & flavor :)

My boyfriend is a big lover of strawberry milk and understandably is also a huge fan of Gold Standard's strawberry protein powder. The stores around me unfortunately didn't sell Gold Standard so I opted to try Muscle Milk's strawberry flavor instead. Big mistake. I nearly stopped working out for 2 months because the idea of having to finish that jug of powder is so repulsive. I finally caved eventually and ordered this. I like to mix it with rice milk and DHA Omega-3 milk. It has that gross protein smell to it, but so long as you drink it without a sniff, it tastes absolutely amazing.
