Our oldest son likes an Old fashion and he has me trying them. So far this is a hit but I'm still learning if i want to use the "good stuff" for mixing. Bought as a Christmas present and what a great gift!! I’m not a whiskey drinker but my man has a collection of whiskey bottles and he loved the smoker kit. What I loved was that they were able to customize it with my design and it came out great. He is thrilled with the different flavors and his first choice was the oak which he really liked. I would highly recommend this kit!!

I bought this as a gift and was pretty unhappy with the box, as it was scratched, dinged, and bent on arrival. Their website makes a big deal out of nice packaging, plus I expected not to receive something for $90 that looked like I dug it out of a bargain bin at Ross last minute. The company offered a partial refund or a replacement box. I should have taken the refund, bc the replacement box… you guessed it, also smashed and scratched. Luckily for me the recipient was happy to use it for their drinks the same night after opening but I’d be embarrassed if it wasn’t a relative. Seems to be okay now but the power button was a little iffy on the first few tries as well. Could be a little better for the price.
