I never thought I would need a hat like this in Florida, but I do this last week of January 2026. It matches my puffy jacket, which I never thought I would need in Florida, but I do. Color is a true maroon and the hat fits smoothly around my face. I'm ready for any wind chills we might have. I can see I would have to wash by hand in cold and not dry in a dryer. Very soft knit and thick.

not as slouchy as I was hoping for but it's a winter hat that does indeed keep you warm. I appreciate the washing directions that it came with as well. With it being lined and cable knit, I for sure would have been in the dark on how to properly care for it. It did arrive with a loosened thread but not completely detached so I was able to stretch it somewhat back into place. There still a little loop that is sticking out but nothing major. The satin lining is nice. I wore it today for the first time and it helped greatly. For the price point, it's a fair deal. Quality control could be a bit better. For a person with an average sized head, this is not a slouchy sized hat. It fit as any normal beanie would, which wasn't what I was looking for when I purchased but it is what it is. im still on the hunt for a satin lined slouchy beanie. While it was snowing and raining today, it gave good protection and kept my head and ears warm. So it is a decent winter hat. just not what I was looking for. They should remove the "slouchy" from their description. If you have a bigger head or a lot of hair, this may not be for you. I have pretty thick long hair and it was just tight enough where if it was any tighter, it would be uncomfortable. still wearable thankfully. but if you have thicker hair than me or a bigger head...you may want to think twice before purchasing.

This is a very comfortable and stylish hat. The satin protects my hair. Unlike some caps with satin, this one doesn’t move around on my head. It’s a great value for the price and it’s an appropriate size. I love it!

I don't typically wear hats because they make my curly hair frizz. When I realized there are cute winter hats lined with satin, I knew I had to give it a try. I received several compliments and my hair doesn't frizz! The color and fit are true to the description, it's soft, survived being washed in the washing machine on a cold cycle and dried in the dryer on a cool dry setting, and is a great value for the money!

It's nice and warm and I LOVE the satin inside for protecting my hair!! However I don't think my head is all that big but it feels really snug! If you have a lot of hair this may be a problem for you. Also the fabric is pretty scratchy if you have issues with textures as well.
