Is the pressure weight 15 psi 10 psi or 5 psi

With the included weight, mine struggles to achieve anything over about 11PSI.

Induction compatible!

I purchased this pressure canner to can broth. It holds at 15 psi with no problem. Its perfect size I was able to do 7 quarts at a time. The pan is very durable and with directions easy to use. It’s weight is not to heavy but you can tell it’s quality material. This pan is compatible with my induction range.
