Affordable
Nothing wrong with this. Very affordable and does what is meant to do. Works fine with windows 10, 11 and Linux. Currently using it with pfsense running on Proxmox.

Plug and play
plug and play - no issues in a wintel machine and now in an old H81 based system running Proxmox so linux users shouldn't have any problems. With VM's running on Proxmox hardware passthrough has worked with everything I have tried so far. Does get a little warm to touch when using both ports heavily so be mindful of cooling/airflow.

Added extra ethernet ports to my server
I bought this for my nas/server running proxmox. I'm using it for a dedicated link to my pc without going through the router and runs very fast. The packaging was minimal and came without paper instructions. I had a little trouble using it with Linux but a couple of hours googling I found that in order for this product to work on Linux you have to enable the module "igb" with command "modprobe igb".

very easy to install, and no need for any modification in software. Just mount it while pc is turned off. Duhh

So far it's working great on Linux Mint 22.1 and Windows 11. I was having problems with the on board Realtek chips on my new MB mainly with Linux so I switched to this Intel based card and no more problems. I didn't have to install any drivers in either OS. Plug it in, disable the onboard ones and reboot. Simple.

Presa per aggiungerla ad un sistema proxmox 7.3 su Intel i7 12700 con scheda madre Asus . Riconosciuta al primo colpo senza installare nessun driver funziona bene velocità rispettate .
