Amazing cups arrived in perfect condition with great protective packaging. Light but durable and I use them for coffee, soups and tea, great for everything hot or cold. Have not tried the teas yet but I am loving the cup’s versatility and the quality of the workmanship so far. Also want to mention the seller’s follow up regarding after sales satisfaction, thank you! I feel appreciated. Update: I must share my recent experience with the customer service of Teabloom, which was just out of this world wonderful. Couple of days ago I contacted them regarding an issue with one of the cups. Upon describing what the issue was they immediately assessed the probable cause and offered a resolution right away to make things right. It was a manufacturing thing and my Customer Love Manager, Shiela, took charge immediately and expedited a replacement for the faulty item. I am blown away by the responsiveness of Management, I am beyond impressed. I worked as a hotel executive for many years and let me just say, hotels are all about customer service. What I experienced today is textbook excellence, and certainly deserves a gold medal for outstanding customer love 💕 . I love that these are made with Borosilicate glass that is lead free and safe. The size is perfect for being able to add more liquid or more ingredients into my morning beverages. I bought a smaller size originally and found them to be a little small when adding extras like collagen and other add ins. This size it perfect for it all. Still love the smaller ones too for just a cup of tea, but so happy to have this size too. They are so attractive and delicate looking too, however, don't be fooled by the looks. They are very sturdy and with the double lining, things stay hot but the outside of the mug isn't too warm to hold. LOVE!!!!!

Bought these to go with the blooming tea ,these clear mugs are great quality very lovely looking and easy to watch the tea Bloom. Put them in a tea basket for Christmas and they were a great addition made the basket looks so nice. I would recommend these for a gift or even for yourself as I’m looking to purchase some for me now.

These mugs are large, double walled and perfect!

These are the best mugs I have ever used. I can never use a regular ceramic or single wall glass mug ever again. Their size is large, larger than my glass teapot, and the handle is easy to grip, and it never gets warm. The double wall borosilicate glass is awesome. The outside never gets hotter than slightly warm, even after being microwaved for 3 minutes. Cold drinks stay cold and hot drinks stay hot for longer because of the design, and there is never any type of condensation. The mugs are feel lightweight but not overly fragile. I feel pretty confident that these will last for a pretty long time with careful use (I will eat my words later). Other people are envious of these mugs. They would make excellent gifts for friends, family, and your spouse, so you can use the other one. These mugs also come with 2 blooming tea flowers, which are beautiful and potent in flavor. So far I've only used the pink Jasmine Green Tea one, which was delicious. After you try these mugs, you seriously will not want to use any other mugs ever again.. One of the best purchases I've ever made. Update: I'm very careful when I wash these mugs, only hand washing them in an empty sink. Unfortunately, I barely tapped the top edge slightly on the sink wall and the mug cracked. It's unusable because of this. The water gets trapped in between both glass walls and never dries. It's perpetually wet and weak. Soon after the first mug went, the second mug completely shattered into tiny pieces. Since the breaks, I've tried 4 different double glass mugs and I've realized that this was by far the weakest set of borosilicate glass mugs out of all of them. The glass is particularly thin in comparison to other mugs for similar and less expensive prices. Please trust me on this. These mugs are beautiful and comfortable to hold, but they are much more fragile in design than they should be. The glass is thin and it bubbles outwards in a rounded shape. This creates more weak areas, and although it looks attractive, it's not effective in the long run. I was surprised after trying my next double glass mug because it felt so much sturdier and thicker. Therefore I regret purchasing this. It was a waste.
