City Beauty Lid Lifting Treatment - Eyelid Firming Eye Cream, 0.33oz

I bought this product last October (2023) and used a few times, saw no difference, so it went in a drawer. Several months later, I discovered the tube and started using it before bed and WOW! One day I looked at my eyes and thought, "what's different? something is different??". It's my lids! They aren't drooping, They're tighter and smoother. Had to be the Lid Lifting treatment...that's the thing about City Beauty. Their stuff works! Thanks.

Does not work

Oh I just rarely leave these reviews. I always wonder if the company just writes them so I'm skeptical. I am 72 with enough loose eyelid to cover a chair. I tried this and at first was not impressed and this is not cheap! It said to apply twice a day. I thought yep use it quicker that way. Fortunately I kept doing it and after a few days I noticed that loose skin was tighter and my eyes had not looked this good since... well never. I have been using it every day for about a month? I am not exaggerating. This stuff works. Heck I am even able to use eyeshadow if I wanted.....I don't. I'm 72 and I think my eyeshadow days are gone but seriously... it works amazing!!!

I had high hopes for this lifting treatment but after using two full tubes, I see no difference. The product is thick, so I just put it on my fingers and tap it in around my eye area. It does moisturize, but I do not see any lifting effect.

This product instantly smooths out my lids. Just the smallest amount tapped onto the lid helps. A tube lasts a long time which is good because it’s so expensive. I use it in the morning after my make up is applied. Sometimes I tap some above my upper lip on my vertical lines. I have used this for years.

I'm extremely excited and pleased with my City Beauty Lid Lifting Treatment. It really does that! It is definite lifting sagging eyelids. It is tightening too. I got a compliment today and I believe it is smoothing that skin. I'm very excited. This product is very popular based on how long I checked to see if it was on Amazon which is my preferred way to shop. I'm 69 and feel like sagging lids make me look sad. No woman wants that and it can happen in your thirties. I know because I got an eyelid lift surgery years ago which was great but aging does continue. Make sure that you don't order a faux version of this when Amzn puts a different product's ad in the middle of this listing. This product is truly excellent. I barely use much at all. Unlike some products only a little bit comes out at a time so you don't have waste. It's very easy to put on your little finger and softly tap into place. This product is a reasonable cost. I can't afford expensive products and this one is a good value for the money. Now I'm going to order more of City Beauty's products.

My comment will not apply to every user. I have applied a rule about topical products all the way down to and including internal health and beauty tablets. I call it the 'BUILD UP' wait and this product surely has this feature. Don't expect more than just a minimum of new use instant results. Over daily use of everything from weekly to a month long, 'BUILD UP' and overall results might be super effective for some. Wash your face daily but avoid the medicated area. It took me about 9 days to see the wonderful effects of BUILD UP in this product. I can understand why the manufacturer would avoid mentioning this in the ads as its a promise that will only create confusion or disappointment for many as BUILD UP is not a guarantee for all. My build up results honestly look like a careful and modest face lift stitching and my sagging literally was drooping slightly over my vision area.

I was hoping that I had found a product that would help with crepey hooded eyelids. It said it can be used on eyelids and most products say not, so I was hopeful. I do not have undereye bags so I cannot speak to that. This seems to be a reputable company, but I missed the return deadline by a few days due to illness. I did want to give it a chance. The pictures seem promising for undereye bags, so I say go for it. Just watch your return deadline if you do not get results. This is not a cheap product but seems to be in line with most high-end brands. If you get results, it is worth it. 9-20-24 Update. City Beauty saw my review and contacted me with a refund offer. I was quite surprised but that is how a reputable company should respond. Very impressed. I would endorse this company. They stand behind their products which shows me they believe in them. Bravo!
