This is a wonderful eyelid lifting cream!!! It's simply superb!!! I saw results on the very first day! It has such a velvety texture and is so pleasant for the skin on my eyes. I will be using it constantly. I highly recommend it! Tested in the USA on September 17, 2025.

I was hoping that I had found a product that would help with crepey hooded eyelids. It said it can be used on eyelids and most products say not, so I was hopeful. I do not have undereye bags so I cannot speak to that. This seems to be a reputable company, but I missed the return deadline by a few days due to illness. I did want to give it a chance. The pictures seem promising for undereye bags, so I say go for it. Just watch your return deadline if you do not get results. This is not a cheap product but seems to be in line with most high-end brands. If you get results, it is worth it.9-20-24 Update. City Beauty saw my review and contacted me with a refund offer. I was quite surprised but that is how a reputable company should respond. Very impressed. I would endorse this company. They stand behind their products which shows me they believe in them. Bravo!

My comment will not apply to every user. I have applied a rule about topical products all the way down to and including internal health and beauty tablets. I call it the 'BUILD UP' wait and this product surely has this feature. Don't expect more than just a minimum of new use instant results. Over daily use of everything from weekly to a month long, 'BUILD UP' and overall results might be super effective for some. Wash your face daily but avoid the medicated area. It took me about 9 days to see the wonderful effects of BUILD UP in this product. I can understand why the manufacturer would avoid mentioning this in the ads as its a promise that will only create confusion or disappointment for many as BUILD UP is not a guarantee for all. My build up results honestly look like a careful and modest face lift stitching and my sagging literally was drooping slightly over my vision area.

I had high hopes for this lifting treatment but after using two full tubes, I see no difference. The product is thick, so I just put it on my fingers and tap it in around my eye area. It does moisturize, but I do not see any lifting effect.

I’ve been using this for over 2 weeks now and don’t see any difference in eye lid lift. It is thick cream , non greasy, and lasts throughout day . It provides a good eye lid primer but for the price it is not worth it. I did not feel any tingling as some people and description stated which furthered my opinion that it does not work. Maybe if the price was lower I would consider it as an eye cream but for current price point it’s a waste of money.

I'm extremely excited and pleased with my City Beauty Lid Lifting Treatment. It really does that! It is definite lifting sagging eyelids. It is tightening too. I got a compliment today and I believe it is smoothing that skin. I'm very excited. This product is very popular based on how long I checked to see if it was on Amazon which is my preferred way to shop. I'm 69 and feel like sagging lids make me look sad. No woman wants that and it can happen in your thirties. I know because I got an eyelid lift surgery years ago which was great but aging does continue. Make sure that you don't order a faux version of this when Amzn puts a different product's ad in the middle of this listing. This product is truly excellent. I barely use much at all. Unlike some products only a little bit comes out at a time so you don't have waste. It's very easy to put on your little finger and softly tap into place. This product is a reasonable cost. I can't afford expensive products and this one is a good value for the money. Now I'm going to order more of City Beauty's products.
