Healthy low sugar snack that tastes good

I know it sounds weird to say I'm a 95% vegetarian, but that's the only way I know how to describe my meat tastes. Turkey is really the only meat I will eat because it can easily be cleaned up of skin, fat, veins, etc. I know I need animal proteins in my diet so I usually eat turkey jerky, so when I saw these I just had to try them and I'm so glad I did!@ I have them on auto shipment now. The texture is a little "drier" than other turkey sticks I have tried, but that's totally fine with me, I actually prefer it. The flavor is just enough to give you the taste of cilantro and lime but not overpowering at all, with just a hint aftertaste of lime.

I was looking for something similar to chomps with a little bit of kick, and these are it. Each stick seems to have adifferent consistency from the one before it. But they’re still really good. I just find some sticks a little different in texture than others. Otherwise I would give them five stars.

Easy and healthy snack to take on the go. I keep some in my vehicle as well as my golf bag. Easy way to satisfy me on the go.

Appreciate these lower sodium option sticks without nitrates! A staple in my house for the past 3 yrs. Keep some in my purse.

I bought these and a smaller version from another brand. Turns out I like the other brand much better. These New Primal turkey sticks have a strong taste that I do not find all that appealing. They do not taste like cilantro or lime flavors, both of which I love. It's more of a generic salty meat taste. These turkey sticks are also too dry. I was hoping to give some to family and to some workers who were painting my apartment, but I'm not sure they would go over well because of how dry they are. The smaller turkey sticks from another brand have more moisture. Once I finish with these it is not looking likely that I will order more.

First of all, let me say I am a picky eater. I absolutely love these peppered turkey meat sticks. If you're looking to increase your protein intake, these are an amazing choice since they are low calorie too. I prefer meat sticks to be drier, and with basic flavors. If you like your meat sticks to be wetter and less dehydrated, choose something else. Great consistency for a meat stick. These are fantastic. Yes, they are pricey but so are all other healthy meat sticks. You get what you pay for... and it's worth it to take care of yourself. (You're not a garbage can... so don't fill up on trash.)
