Q: First set of pads let me slide Mom up & she didn't "stick" or bunch up. Why does the 2nd set, supposed to be the same, bunches all up?

I don't know why she sticks to the second set -- could it be the fabric of her nightclothes? I can only wear nylon gowns now; no cotton, no flannel, no knit. I'd never be able to turn over in bed if I didn't have the nylon to slide on.

Q: What is the backing made of?..

I’m not actually sure- maybe the product has a specific description of materials. I can tell you that the bottom feels the same as the top- soft material- not plastic or rubber, not “crunchy”. I truly don’t know how it’s waterproof! The top is white with kind of a “ quilted” pattern. The bottom is light blue and smooth. Hope this helps.

Q: Hi, could someone tell me if this odor free or does it have a strong smell to it when new?

I did not smell any odors when I opened it . I love this product I use one everyday and wash after everyday use.

Q: Is it ok if i use powdered oxiclean in the washer with these? thanks!

I don't know the answer about the powdered oxiclean. I just wash these with my regular laundry detergent.
