It helps reduce my sugar
I’ve been taking this supplement daily and I’m happy with the results so far. It helps reduce my sugar cravings and supports my overall routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. Good quality for the price.

Use it correctly!
The product works! You must use it to correctly though which it doesn’t tell you. Best way to do it is drink a lot water and eat smaller portions. Give it five days to really settle into your system. Your stomach will start paralyzing eventually.

Confuses my brain
Only Day 2. I took this because I heard it makes sugar taste disappear. It does but for whatever reason, seems like a hit and miss for me. I can’t taste sugar in my coffee but when I have some sweet foods, I taste sweetness. Soda tastes like sparkling water while candies pecans have a faint sweetness to them. It may be my brain sending memories of the tastes (ghost flavor?). Very odd. Also, spicy foods aren’t as spicy. The only problem I have is that because sweetness is faded, I find myself eating more because I’m not feeling the typical rush I get from sugar. This is such a mind bending experience. I need my blood sugar to level downso I’ll see how it is after a week and try to come back to add more info.

I wholeheartedly recommend this product!
This is a very good product based on my experience taking it every day for several months. It is effective at controlling one's blood sugar, and it is easy to take. I really appreciate that the capsule size is small, so you don't have to worry about choking on the pill. I plan to keep buying these supplements and recommend them to others without reservation.

Bought this a bunch of months back because this stuff was implied to help with high blood sugar. For me, I received no effect from the product. This does not say that it is bad, or maybe it is, or maybe it is simply an individual difference. So it comes down to exactly how many brands you have to go through to find the one which works for you. I have not tried another brand due to cost. Wish there were a way to discover the brand that actually works for everyone, if it does!
