WOW, I finally found the "Unicorn of coffee" - Blend X!!! I have been looking for good organic coffee for a long time, as I don't want to be drinking pesticides with my coffee. Everyone of the coffees I tried tasted like old tea water. I just brewed up a pot of this stuff, and I could smell this wonderful coffee from the living room! When I tried it, it was crazy good. Thank you whoever is roasting this Unicorn coffee!!!!

I am a true coffee snob all the way. I am always trying out new coffee bean brands but prefer to buy organic. Jim’s Organic coffee is the absolute best I’ve had! It’s full bodied, no bitterness, & has the best aroma. I so look forward to grinding the beans & making a cup each morning.

We used to carry this at a tiny food co-op where I worked, something like fifteen or twenty years ago, back when the label was still covered in weird bright animals, back when they still called it Witch's Brew. When people would buy it in bulk and grind it, the whole store smelled amazing! I bought it again recently and, while the bland rebrand makes me sad, it does still smell and taste as good as I remember! Super dark but not too bitter.

This is my go to dark roast coffee…it also seems not as oily as other dark roasts, which I like. I have been drinking this coffee for years and every time I have tried another I always end up back with this one. It is not a bitter or acidic dark roast.

This is one of the few coffees that I can drink black and enjoy the flavor. We've been buying this brand for years. Never a disappointment.

This particular item caught my eye in a book box and I just had to have it. It is a Very Dark Roast and full bodied. Aromatic when ground and can definitely be drank black but I stick to creamers with my coffee (pairs well with Pumokin Spice creamer). Definitely a wonderful purchase!

I expected this to be intense, and it met expectations. Still an interesting flavor, with some complexity unlike many French and Italian roasts. But a bit much by itself. I generally prefer a slightly lighter roast, but I almost always blend caffeinated beans with some decaf beans, so I just adjust ratios. With this, I tend to use about 40 percent by weight, with 60 percent dark decaf (Kicking Horse).
