This was ordered to replace a cast iron drain cover, which constantly gets blocked by fatty deposits and tangled hair, which sticks to the rough surface. This fits perfectly, is lightweight but still does thee xact same job, just better. Should you wish, you can also cut out a cue le for a ipe to fit down. This looks good. It's a modern design and works well. Considering it'd plastic, it's sturdy. Definitely well recommended.

I thought I’d done this Arrived fitted perfectly

It's not the size it says, it's not infact 6" by 6" and is too small. They are about 5.75 inches. But they will have to do. Sellers should make sure their measurements are accurate to avoid customers having bad fittings and causing hassles of returns. If you are buying these please measure your old drain covers and see my photos for comparison with actually 6 by 6" drain covers.
