I’ve been using this Hada Labo facial cleanser for a little over a week now, and overall it feels very comfortable on the skin. It’s very gentle and doesn’t cause any irritation, which I really appreciate. The cleanser doesn’t produce a lot of foam, but it spreads well and feels smooth when washing my face. It still does a good job of cleansing and leaves my skin feeling clean without being dry or tight. My only complaints are about the packaging and texture. The tube arrived with the seal slightly broken, which was disappointing. Also, the cleanser sometimes has a slightly clumpy texture, so I need to mix it with a bit of water in my hands before applying it evenly to my face. Overall, it’s a gentle and effective cleanser, but the packaging and consistency could be improved.

Wow! This brand is amazing and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I bought the cleanser, serum and gel moisturizer. I noticed an immediate improvement in my skin. Know a little bit of each of the 3 go a long ways. 2 of the 3 say pea sized amount and I’ve found a little less than that is perfect. What stands out most for me is the effectiveness of each. I’m a 57 yr old female with decent but dry skin and a few fine lines below my eyes. My skin is now smoother, more plump and more evenly textured across my whole face and neck and the effects last! I wear very little make up and all of it goes on a lot smoother now. I strongly recommend this brand for those looking for a quick but economical skin care regimen.

I like this product because a little goes a long way, it really is scentless, it's gentle, and it foams nicely. Perfect for face and a good clean feeling.

I have 4 significant challenges when it comes to finding facial cleaners 1) I am over 50. 2) I have oily skin. 3) I have rosacea and 4) I live in Anchorage, AK. Finding a product that I can use is complicated and a lot of times I don't know immediately whether a given product will work for me, which is why I gave this cleanser 4 stars. I like the feel of it on my skin, it seems to do a good job of dealing with the oil without over-drying my skin and it seems like it isn't aggravating the rosacea. But I won't know for sure until I've used it for a while. If I am still as happy with it a month from now as I am at this time, I'll come back and update my review & raise my rating. All that being said, I think for most people with combination or sensitive skin, this would be a phenomenal cleanser Updated 6/05/2018: I said that I would update my review after I had used this cleaner for awhile, so here's my update. I'm still thrilled with this product -- it has turned out to be the best face cleaner I've found for addressing all of my skin challenges.

Excellent cleanser, dissolves in water to a nice texture, feels good on the skin. Washes completely away, leaving no residue. Leaves skin feeling soft, supple and hydrated. I've used this product for about 6 weeks every evening and most mornings. The 5oz size has lasted well. I've added this cleanser to my autoship items so I don't run out.
