I dont know that i would buy another from this company. 8/5/25 Update: after posting the above, I was contacted by the seller, explaining that the item that I purchased had previously been sold and returned; that the one that failed was purchased via Amazon Warehouse. They offered a partial refund, which i thought was completely understandable and I accepted their offer. That said, product support from Hugtek is first class, and i have updated the stars from 3 to 5.
