Is this microcurrent device? I dont understand the dofferemce between microcurrent and galvanic?

has anyone seen a big difference after using this item?

i have 2 micro current machines- one is regular size and the other is travel size - i get the same results from both -you have to have an older face that HAS wrinkles and not a 20 or 30 year old face (i am 55) - the results seem noticabe after about an hour or so after using it and seem to last approximately 24 hours - it works better if you use it alittle everyday instead of using it for an hour here and there -
