I do not know my exact head size as I have not measured it in years(I shave my head now and used to have dreads down past my shoulders). I have the black watch cap and it is warm. I am going into law enforcement and this is perfect because it doesn't show any logos. I highly recommend it. ETA: My initial review stated that I felt a slight breeze in the hat. Well after further testing today and tonight(30F), I found that the breeze came from a small gap underneath from behind my head. I was not outside for long periods of time and I will update my review once I get to be outside for at least 30min.
