Casio GBD-200-1ER Men's Resin Watch

I recently took the Casio GBD-200-1ER on holiday, and it was absolutely perfect. As someone with ageing eyes, I’ve always struggled to read the older digital displays on Casio watches, but the new MIP (Memory In Pixel) display on this model is a total game-changer. The numbers are larger, clearer, and much easier to read, even in bright sunlight, which makes it ideal for anyone with visual challenges.The step counter was incredibly useful, especially during long sightseeing days. It helped me keep track of my activity while I explored the city. The dual zone time feature was another great addition—perfect for keeping track of time back home while traveling. The water resistance came in handy when I was swimming or caught in the rain, and the watch is lightweight, comfortable, and durable.The strap also deserves a mention. I'm from UK. The default is US format MM/DD. This is available on other G Shocks so don't see any reason why it's not on this model.Overall:I’m thoroughly impressed with the Casio GBD-200-1ER. It’s a great travel companion with its MIP display, step counter, and dual zone time feature. The only thing missing is solar power, which I hope to see in the next model. Still, this watch offers fantastic value and practicality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a functional, stylish, and reliable digital watch.

Love this wag h it looks great. Took a bit to figure out how to navigate the options but you'll pick it up.Just a heads up, if you set the light to come on when the watch is tilted towards you, this will only last for a few hours before reverting to not being enabled. It only stays on perminantly if you have solar version. This is to avoid draining the batteries on non solar units.Seems quite practical but at the end of the day I always seem to be a few hundred steps off my partner with their watch... I suppose I could just be walking less but I don't think so.Seems very durable but you cna get a screen protector for it if you are worried. All in all I'd say it was good value for money particularly if you can get it for under £100

A good G-Shock with a very clear display.Just a pity that it doesn't include the ability to have the usual G-Shock hourly chime 'SIG' - if I'd known this before purchase, I'd probably have chosen a different model.

The Casio G-Shock BGD-200. A durable and practical watch with a screen that is really amazing and easy to read. Alarms, vibration, workout & step tracking this thing can do it all. The backlight also works very well in darker environments and it's "on" duration can also be adjusted.I've added some photos to this review where I'm also using the Jays & Kay's 22mm adapter and a Nylon NATO strap instead of the stock rubber band.

Great watch with basic smart feature. I think the greatest benefit is the display and you don’t need to charge this watch :)

Best watch I ever owned I wanted a step tracker to be able to track and log my runs and sync with Strava but not having to charge every night and this is it. Casio G-Shock has done it again. What a brilliant purchase the battery life yet to see but it supposed to be two years which beats my Apple Watch. The only lasted less than 24 hours and the build quality and it looks amazing even on my small 6 inch wrist !!!

Works fine but I’ve worn it maybe four times. I’ve realised digital doesn’t do it for me.
