I was suffering from frozen shoulder so my physiotherapist suggest me to use these wrist weights during exercise, I fount them very useful, fits in my both hands very well, although a little big in size but that does not matter for me because I was able to do exercise very easily, first I tried at local market but price was very much so I ordered from Amazon, highly satisfied

Its gigantic when wearing on ankle/wrist forget about the weight but the design and looks like you are wearing a scrunchy of a 10feet person and its not value for money, quality and there is no comfort you cannot fold your legs/arms.

The Quality of the product is top notch and is value for money. Although the grip is not good for running or high intensity exercises but it worked for me because I do weighted pushups and for core workout. Although it is a good product. This weight is absolutely perfect for me👍🏻. This ankle weights helped me increasing my height 5 inches though. CONCLUSION : Best and affordable ankle weights. NOTE : THIS ANKLE WEIGHTS ARE NOT FOR ATHLETIC RUNNERS. FOR PROPER GRIP PURCHASE THE 1KG OR 1/2KG ANKLE WEIGHTS.
