I ordered this and my mic only connects for 5 seconds w/ the speakers then they stop working and it shows 'uhf ch 168' on the mic. Is it faulty mic?

Is it only with 1 mic or both? Make sure that the battery is fully charged, if this wont fix the problem then it is most probably the mic is faulty
