We buy these regularly and they work great to keep our pets water clean and filtered.

I have several of the fountains and these are easy to rinse and use in each of the units. When it starts to discolor, its time to toss the old filter and replace with a new one. So, the clean-ability rating is not pertinent.

There is not really any noise…just a little when the water is getting low and that’s a great feature for the water fountain! Very easy to clean.

First of all, this product didn’t fit in my cats fountain, which was probably somewhat my own fault, but it says that it would fit the fountain i have and it doesn’t. Second of all, these filters almost ruined my pump. After a week they started creating bubbles- and yes, i rinsed them out before i put them in. There was literally a layer of bubbles in my cats fountain, and it caused my pump to stop working properly. I had to deeply clean my fountain and remove these filters and then my pump started working again. Just don’t buy these.
