These are amazing. Not cheap but quality made. I have arthritic knees. Moving house & DIY activity made them sooo painful, even when walking my dog, which l love. Painful knees lead to painful back when over compensating. I wore them during the day for three days, (over thermal tights) and the pain stopped. I do not wear them at night. I now wear them for walking, & DIY (sorting my skirting boards etc.) They are not exactly discreet, but not too obvious under my hareem style trousers. The extra work, meant my knees were painful, at night my ankles & knees ached. Its very upsetting, especially if you are single. You have to be careful not to over tighten them, this can cause ankle swelling a bit & you don't want to affect blood circulation. They are fairly comfortable even when crossing your legs, they don't slip. If you have any of the probs l have mentioned, these are brilliant. Even if you haven't but spend time working on your knees, the protection is worth the investment. My hope is, after a long period of illness & inactivity, these will keep me active & maybe my muscles will grow stronger. I bought for both knees.

Very pleased with this item. I took a long time choosing this one and it was because some others had a bit wrapping round the middle of the back of the knee as well as the top and bottom , whereas this one was held top and bottom and then had a wide elastic band that crossed over at the back , so it was not bulky for bending the knee yet very supportive. I had a knee support that you pull on and it caused a great deal of pain putting it on, but this style is so easy to put on and off. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that looking at the picture where it gives you the size guide it was completely different to the size guide in the description underneath the colour that you click on one said S/M 30 -35.5 and L/XL 35.5 - 45.5 and the other said S/M 34 -46 and L/XL 46 -52. so a big difference and this nearly put me off buying it! My leg measurement was 40.5 so I went for the picture measurements and chose the L/XL and it is fine.

30 minutes into wearing it ... Easy to put on, snug fitting, feel more supported while working / standing / walking and movement in general. Just don't expect the same level of comfort when you sit ... Feels like it's trying to cut my leg off, but I guess that's par for the course with a knee brace. Designed for movement, not sedantry position

This item is very well made and actually works beautifully! I twisted my knee and the pain was awful. I ordered this and it arrived the following day. The relief was immediate and and very comfortable to wear. Delighted with purchase!

This is a good fit without being bulky. Velcro keeps it in place and tightness can be altered with the adjustable straps, keeps knee warm and supported. Superior quality compared to some others out there. Definitely gives confidence and easy to fit and wear.

Works okay but would have benefited from the same straps that reinforce the top being on the bottom as it almost feels like my kneecap is being pushed down rather than supported. Will probably be sending it back. It’s also quite bulky. Good price though just not doing what I wanted it to do!
