Since the Protekt Energy packets were working quite well for me, I decided to give the Rest packets a try during a recent trip. The Rest packets dissolve easily into water and taste just as flavorful as the other products from the Protekt brand (without being over-sugary or sweet). I tried the Protekt Rest packets at different time intervals before sleep, one at 30 minutes before bedtime and another at 60 minutes before bedtime. For me, the 60 minutes-before-bedtime approach worked a bit better, but I encourage everyone to try out and get their own routine ; either way, the product definitely works --> helps you calm down and feel more relaxed before sleeping. In addition, while sleeping, no ups and downs or having to wake up odd times, which means the product delivers an even dose of R&R. Highly recommended, again the brand and product did not disappoint !

I tried the mixed berry flavor since I figured that would be a safe go to. The flavor is satisfactory, but I would describe it as somewhat on the lighter side, which is fine depending on what you're expecting. I feel as though it helped me stay asleep, although I didn't fall asleep any faster than I normally do. I'm pretty sure that is the intention, more relaxing than knocking you out based on my understanding. Packaging holds up very well in travel, as I travel quite a bit and carried one with me for when I was ready to have one. I like the ingredients in the mix and would love to try the other flavors too. I'd most likely get it again.

Highly recommend. Have a hard time falling asleep with a busy schedule/ gym routine this product puts me to sleep as soon as I try to go to bed and I wake up feeling well rested and ready to take on the day! Everything else I’ve tried I sleep long hours and wake up feeling tired. Try this product is 100% worth it!

Unfortunately this supplement didn’t work for me. I felt absolutely nothing to enhance my sleep.

Tasty and works great! Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep, but doesn’t cause any grogginess or brain fog in the morning.

These are very effective and the size makes them easy to take so you can keep it going.

I felt no relaxation or calmness, nothing that could contribute to falling asleep. Then again, I’ve tried practically everything on the market and have never found any of these products to do anything. Keep my bedroom blacked out, 68 degrees and no screen time on anything for the previous 3 hours before bed, only stimulant is one coffee in the morning with breakfast. Mine is an extreme case though, maybe it’ll work for people who just need to unwind in order to sleep.

This product taste great and I love the ingredients, but I can’t say that I notice any effect but that’s not to say it’s not doing anything. Also, I feel like it’s worth mentioning that I didn’t realize this would be liquid, I thought it was a powder so I guess I should’ve read a little bit better.I’m not sure how I didn’t realize that on any of the packaging before trying it out.
