A quality Sofa
The Suite arrived a day late, but that was alright, however, my Wife and I are Disabled, but the guys that delivered the Suite, brought in the packing cases, and then left, leaving us to assemble the Suite ourselves, not what I would call decent Customer Service. The Suite itself is good, we are really pleased with out purchase, it feels quality and is very comfortable, and the chairs in the recliner position, real comfort, and ideal for a wee nap, all in all, we would recommend the Suite, however, as to the delivery, well, that let the side down badly, we had to sit with the packing cases until our Sons finished their work, Suite = 10/10, Delivery team = 5/10

Good value for money
We were surprised how good it is. Looks lovely and very comfortable. The delivery men put it where we wanted it and it was really easy to put together. The size is perfect and it’s very sturdy.

Sofa is nice, but delivery was late, heavy, non-modular, and hard to move upstairs. Be cautious.
The sofa is nice, but the delivery was awful. I ordered it a week ago, expecting it to be delivered on Saturday, but it was never dispatched. It finally arrived the following Thursday. Despite other buyers' experiences stating it came in modules, it arrived as one solid piece. The delivery team brought it to the ground floor from the street and said there was no way it could be moved to the second floor. I pushed it up the stairs to the first floor, and thankfully, my neighbor was around to help me. The box weighs around 90 kg. If you don't live on the ground floor, be careful—this is all I have to say.

Cofortable chairs
Fantastic Product , high quality, easy to put together, very impressed highly cofortable would definitely buy again.

Mostly fine except the colour.
This settee is described as being Brown. Its not. It is almost totally BLACK. It cost a fortune for delivery and would have cost the same to return it, so we still have it. In its favour, It is comfortable. It could have been quite good if it was motorised, but its not. Release the leg rest throws your legs into the air and your body back towards the wall. Then the springs are so strong you have to shift and wriggle to get off. Before pushing the leg rest back down using your arms and upper body. I most certainly would NOT recommend this item and wish we had never bought it.

The guys that delivered it put it together were so helpful The sofa is so comfortable great for your back support just the right height very good price would highly recommend this sofa

Dont buy without trying!!!
This is not the sellers fault, in no way!!! but mine for not trying first, so hard and uncomfortable. Couldnt lay across its so uncomfortable, so after two weeks i had to give away and went to DFS for proper comfortable one. Seriously this review is for sofa only, dont waste your money, go and try before you buy!
