Can i simply leave in a room and it will start recording when it picks up voices or do i need to activate before leaving the room?

Hi, you need to activate this option before power on it, you have to connect it near a computer with its own cable, just that,no others, and in the file folder of the device you find the little program settings and in it you can change some settings include to activate the option and other, you can read the manual too. How do you use the control on the headphones to delete recordings

I dont think you can use the headphones to delete the recording , you may have to connect it to a computer via USB and delete it that way
