We have both a long haired orange cat and long haired chihuahuas. The cat had some big severe mats right close to the skin on his belly and wouldn't let you comb them and cut them out with scissors carefully. Was searching for a better dematting comb for better comfort and this one truly did the trick as other reviewers stated. After using the wide side of the dematting comb first to loosen and then the narrow side, the mats came to the surface where they could be cut out and some even came right out. Makes a ton of hair mess but so worth the clean up and the cat is looking and feeling much better. As for our long hair chihuahua dog tail and back legs, working the very same way. I am amazed that it works as well as it does because I was very skeptical and thought I was wasting $10 on a comb that wouldn't work. I was totally wrong. Product is of decent quality, handle comfortable and should last for quite a long time.

Great product, but my cats got bored after the first day

Nice toy! A little noisy. It also needs an added element - my cat lost interest quickly until I slipped anthon plastic bag over it - like many cats, she prefers hr prey a little hidden.

The toy seems well made, it worked, and it had great reviews on a YouTube video I watched, but unfortunately, all three of my cats couldn't care less about it. I think part of the problem is that the "slow" mode is not very slow at all. I think slow mode should be fast mode, and the slow mode should be made much slower. Or made in some way that the mouse spends more time sitting still, or somehow underneath and hidden more often than it's visible (like only one small track that pops out on top while the mouse stays under the rest of the time instead of two). The constant quick movement just really seemed to bore my cats. I turned it on slow mode, and all three of them approached it, sniffed it, I even put their favorite catnip on it to see if they'd like it more, but no dice. They watch it for a minute, but never play with it, and eventually ignore it and walk away. They only pay attention to it when it's off, simply because the catnip is on it. I've given it a couple of days and tried both modes to see if they'd eventually go for it, but I think I'll be returning this, sadly.

My two cats Gidget and Rascal really liked this toy. Luckily it wasn’t noisy, so it didn’t bother them when I turned it on. It has a fast and slow speed on the side so they can go at their own speed. It takes three double A batteries. It doesn’t come with batteries. You have to buy your own. It’s a cute toy and it keeps my cats entertained for an hour or so. Not too expensive and worth the price. I definitely recommend this toy.

Took my cat some time to warm up to it and he loves it now! I wish the toy had an option to be a bit more plush like or at least had a fur coating since it's hard plastic, but it's not too bad. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a activity timeout feature, so it'll just run and run all night long. I would prefer if I could leave it set to on but after 5-10 mins of inactivity it go idle and wait for my cat to activate it again. It is also a bit loud for those wanting something quiet.

My kitten loves this toy. It keeps her entertained for ages. She can’t predict where the mouse will go next! I would recommend this toy!

My cat (almost exactly a year old) has basically stopped playing with all toys and prefers to bite me and wrestle and make me chase him around the apartment. Started playing with this less than five minutes after I placed it down even if he was a bit timid at first, so I’m optimistic !!
