You would think all maple syrups are basically the same, but this one lives up to its name. It sits above the others, like a crown. It has a thick and rich texture. Harvested from trees in New England, this may cost a few pennies more than other brands, but it is well worth the cost. I discovered it by accident and found it to be the best-quality maple syrup I have ever tried. It is so versatile, too. We use it to flavor pancakes and French toast, and we add it to hot cereal for some pizzazz! If you like real maple flavor, this will become your favorite syrup... I promise!

My favorite maple syrup for old fashions. It's thin, yet thick. If that makes sense. It's dark and rich in flavor but doesn't taste like a bunch of sugar. Mixes perfectly right out of the fridge.

This is my all time favorite maple syrup. It has a very light flavorful taste. I use it for baking as a sweetener.

This organic dark maple syrup appears darker in the bottle but seems lighter color once poured from the bottle. I found the flavor to be sweet but not at all robust, compelling, or distinctive. It's a decent organic maple syrup, especially selling for $10 a bottle, but I won't be buying this product again. I liked their Madagascar vanilla flavor much better, despite it being $5 more per bottle.
