Better to use as preventative maintenance.
Living in southern Texas, this must be a staple as part of your Lawn Care Arsenal. The humidity is very unforgiving to St Augustine and Bermuda grass. You also cannot stick with one product, as the lawn builds up a resistance to the fungicide. I rotate this and Scott's disease X. I put it down once a month as a preventative measure and stay with that. In the past I have found that if you are being reactive instead of proactive, you can stop the spread of the fungus but the lawn does not recover as quickly with new grass. The results are amazing and it keeps my lawn looking good! It may be a couple dollars more than Scott's but it is worth it. You don't have to use as much for preservation, but will need to use more if you have an existing problem that needs to be corrected.

Happy lawns
Bauer never fails to deliver on quality. Great value. It does have a slight Oder. Spreads well using the proper spreader. Always use a mask when applying. Safe for animals easy to use. Greens up grass and stops fungus. Can Alternate usage with corn meal.

Fungus Control - Seems to work
Applied to the front yard, and seems to have controlled my fungus rings. Consistent product, and would buy again. if you have Ring Rot - this is a good product.

Very happy and keep purchasing
Have used this product before and am happy with it. Effective fungus control requires that you rotate the use multiple products with different chemicals so this is one of the products we use. Very happy and keep purchasing.

Better than the bottled option, but not effective after a month.
I have found the spray bottles to not work well, don't cover as advertised, etc, so I bought the granular product. Unlike the bottles, I got even coverage per instructions on the bag. After a week I could see improvement in the lawn. After a month the fungus diseases (mostly rust) were back in force. This product is too expensive to apply monthly, plus, not being organic, I worry about other harm it could be doing to microorganism or macro-organisms in the soil. So, it did work in the short term; I need a longer lasting (season would be nice) alternative.

Excellent product
Excellent product! We had started to get some algae in the lawn from repetitive spring showers. This cleaned it right up and kept it healthy until the summer head. I did apply quite heavily though, about double the rate on the bag.

Good product, helps my lawn
I have used this product for the last three years, applying it to my lawn from early May through early August. It seems to help prevent lawn diseases in my southeast Virginia lawn. Same or lower price on Amazon compared to local big-box retail stores.

Good snow mold control
We have been prone to get winter kill in our yard every year. Either snow mold or Microdochium nivale, some years both. And then I would spend the spring replanting and half the summer nursing the rest of the grass back to health. Conditions and severity varied from year to year but we had the problem every year to some degree. Two years ago I started using one application of Bioadvance Fungus Control late fall before the snow fell and I haven't had that problem since. I can't say for certain that this is the reason we haven't had the fungus or mold problem, but I'm definitely going to keep it up as long as I keep getting these results. I would be cautious though, the lable says to apply it every 14 days until your rust or whatever problem goes away. That is probably OK, but keep in mind that subterranean fungus serves a purpose and keeps the nutrients available to the roots of the surface plants. A few mushrooms in the yard is a good sign, so don't try to kill all of your fungus off. This summer I even went so far as to work some mushroom spores back into the soil to maintain the good fungus.
