Installed this in my plow truck. Works great. Had to fiddle around to get it hook up correctly. Having the ports marked better or a diagram would have saved me a headache.

cant use valve for power beyond
valve did work after I bought all BSPP fitting$$$$ to go into valve to my JIC hoses on tractor. but could not find fitting to make it power beyond so now I have to find a different valve that I can use the valve for my 3point hitch. Valve did work ok/ wrong threads in valve so hard to find$$$. but cant do power beyond to another vale

This has standard thread
This valve was mounted on a 50 HP tractor it has 6 ports 2 1/2 inch for feed and return, and 4 3/8 for cylinder control, these are standard thread ,some of the reviews were saying they were British thread ,mine were definitely US standard

False advertising and seller wont respond to messages
This is not a closed center valve. It needs an adapter plug to make it one but none of them fit and the seller wont even respond to let me know a part number. Its useless without this. Horrible lieing company with false advertising.

Save Some Money with this Spool Valve
If you're repairing your tractor, wood splitter, or other equipment which needs a new spool valve, this set seems to be a very good value. At a fraction of the cost of a new valve at your local hydraulic repair shop, this valve may be all you need. The one issue I have is that it almost seems like none of the spool valves for sale at Amazon actually list the precise thread types and sizes for the fittings. You may need to take the valve to the shop and have them make sure you're getting the correct fittings (which may cost you almost as much as the new valve did).
