I have worked in electronics repair for over 37 years, so I half-way know what I'm doing. Not sure why, but the phone was scraped as the replacement screen refused to work. Caution!

Very easy repair with the included parts. Although it is not shown in the product photo, the unit came with side buttons attached and new seals around the speaker and sim card enclosure.

For this device the LCD is fused to the chassis. You are expected to transfer over the main board, daughter board, the battery (the most difficult part..), the vibration motor, and the buttons yourself. The LCD is decent; there is a tiny color banding when looking at a pure white screen but that's all I discovered so far. The main flex cable is a minuscule bit too long so it doesn't stay flat. The included screen protector is the bottom of the barrel and is for the A02 instead of the A02S I'm quite sure. Overall - It gets the job done. Summation and other things: - You are expected to swap everything over, including the buttons. - Too many tools are given. All you need is the philips bit... I don't know why they included all of the other tools.. probably just part of a generic set of replacement displays for other devices. - Battery is hell to get out.. be careful. - Charging may be iffy upon first boot. Enter Android Recovery and clear the cache partition. That may fix it. Pros: - It's an A02S replacement display - Tools given - Screen protector given (I mean it's alright but it's not even for this phone I'm pretty sure) Cons: - No guide or basic instructions. - Tools given that are not necessary - Wrong screen protector but lucky for them it still works. Except it doesn't cover the entire screen - Charging may mess up (May just be an Android thing)

For the price it is very good and works really well. It is a direct replacement for the Samsung A02s USA version. It is plug and play. The phone case is tough to open, you'll likely need a thin metal flat smooth edged blade or spudger tool to open it correctly and carefully, do not force anything during this repair! I recommend watching a turtorial online for this exact thing if this is your first time performing a repair on a phone screen. The insides are way more delicate than outside so, yea, take great care! The ribbon cables are a pain. You'll have to disconnect carefully and reconnecting is a little tough to get them lined up correctly. The ribbon cables will snap in place once you have them aligned correctly. CAREFUL ON THESE CABLES AS THEY HAVE VERY TINY CONTACTS THAT CAN BEND EASILY IF FORCED INCORRECTLY TO THEIR MOUNTS. Everything connects like the factory screen does and the phone snaps back together perfect. The screen is bright and responsive, no issues with that. This screen fixed my ghost clicking old screen since it was cracked in multiple places. Literally NO MORE GHOST CLICKS!!! Why the 4/5? Well, this lcd is cheap and it only shows when you move your fingers on it. For a split second or two there is a darker line left behind when you touch this screen. It is not noticeable on more colorful or darker images but when on a light or white background it is very noticeable. But it does go away rather quickly and for the price of this repair I honestly do not mind it. If you are professionally fixing devices for clients that are paying you good money to do so, then maybe don't cheap out on this screen repair or you may be getting customer complaints of dark lines being left behind when touching the screen. Like I said they go away quickly and are only noticed under certain situations, so for me on my personal phone, this is fine. Solid 4/5 stars. Let's see how long this lasts. It's been about 2 weeks so far, no issues. Also, the screen glass size is correct now. I saw a review that said it was not the correct size, but mine was that they included for me. THEY DO NOT INCLUDE A METAL THIN FLAT SPUDGER tool like they should have. I have to wait until the charging port piece arrived in order to get this as that kit included it. You'll want that to get the phone case apart easier. The plastic tools they include in this screen kit did not work at all to open the phone case on my A02s. consider this before attempting the repair.

My Grandson broke the screen on his new phone and I told him that it was going to cost him between $100-$300 to have it fixed. I knew this because my oldest Grandson had to have 2 screens replaced and that was what it cost him. Well he wasn't to happy about that so I told him to let me get on YouTube and see what I could find out. Anyway long story short, We watched a video pertaining to screen replacement, ordered the new screen for around $35 and my Grandson had it put on in about 15 mins. Best purchase I have ever made, saved him between$100- $200.

Embona a la perfección con las partes originales y es muy simple de colocar, funciona de buena manera y los colores son bastante buenos, el hecho de que venga con el marco es mas sencillo de reemplazar la pieza dañada.

No lo compren si no eres técnico, para personas normales no sirve, es una placa entera y tienes que mover todos los componentes de tu equipo original a esta nueva pieza y el problema es que son difíciles de sacar, se requiere alcohol isopropilico y no lo incluye, se requiere dar calor a los componentes para que se puede disolver el pegamento y obviamente esto no incluye di ha herramienta, las herramientas son de mala calidad y dañan las piezas sensibles como la bateria y los flex, se doblan y se rompen lo que hace que dañes otras cosas. en fin nada recomendado. Yo solo termine por destruir un equipo en perfecto estado (salvo la pantalla) la bateria se rompió y ya no hay nada que hacer además que es peligroso. Perdí mi equipo. Mejor comprar solo la pantalla
