Welding tip cleaners
These worked great for clearing welding tips that get restricted. I also have used them for clearing motorcycle carburetor passages and jets. The variety of sizes works on many different size openings.

If you clean carburetors, you need this
I still clean my share of carburetors. String trimmer, lawnmower, motorcycle-- it seems like there's always something that needs a carburetor cleaning. I recently went through the 4 carbs on my sport bike, something that probably hadn't been done for several years (I bought it as a non-runner). I'd previously done a quick-and-dirty cleaning on them-- just enough to ride it around a bit-- but the engine had a pretty big flat spot below 3500 RPM and it wasn't particularly easy to start, even with full choke. The problem with tiny jets and emulsion tubes is that the orifices are so small that even aggressive cleaners have a hard time getting inside and removing deposits. There just isn't enough surface area for the chemicals to work. I ran all of the jets through my ultrasonic cleaner with very hot water-based cleaner (LA's Totally Awesome from the dollar store) and then verified that the tiny orifices were clear by using these cleaners. This makes sure that any stubborn varnish is removed. Then I ran them through the ultrasonic cleaner again and blew them out with compressed air. After a visual inspection, every passage is clean and debris-free. I'm waiting on a parts delivery, after which I'll reassemble the carbs and sync them on the bike. I'm not out of the woods yet, but I can be certain that the jets and passages in the carbs will be clean. I specifically wanted an inexpensive tool because I may end up bending/modifying/mutilating this one to work on carburetors, and I didn't want to mourn the loss of anything more expensive. Not sure if these cleaners are made to any sort of calibrated diameter and I don't care-- they work just fine for carbs. I'm sure they'll also work for torches, and potentially for cleaning the small passages in paint guns as well. All I know is that for $5 I was able to ensure that my carbs are cleaner than they have been in years.

Handle with care.
Decent tool. Be careful of the aluminum pin that holds the set in frame. It can easily come apart because it's not riveted or staked/bolstered. The aluminum case/frame is soft and will spread apart if not handled with care, causing the unit to fall apart.
