**Q: How long does it stay cold?**
A: It stays cold for quite some time.... much longer than you would need to leave it on you.

**Q: Do you leave the cover off when you freeze it?**
A: Yes I leave the cover off. I actually put it back in the plastic bag it came in to keep it clean and not smell.

**Q: Does it have to be stored in the freezer? What if you aren't going to need it for a while like a month or two. Would it adversely affect the pack?**
A: Yes, you need to store in the freezer. My freezer broke and while replacing it, I stored these on a shelf. I forgot about them until a month later when I needed one. The clay had dried out. It still freezes, but it is now lumpy and not flexible. :(

**Q: Has anyone else measured the product they received? The one that I just received is actually 11 1/2" not 12", and it is 20" long not 21" as advertised**
A: I just measured mine and it’s 20.5 inches long by 11.5 inches wide. The company must be rounding up the actual numbers is all I can think of.
