I bought these originally to clean my daughter's carpet. She had kittens that missed the box a bit. Normally these things have to be scrubbed, blotted, and given a hug and a handshake to work. NOPE!! I sprayed this on the first spot and then used the portable cleaner to get it up right away. No waiting for 5 minutes or anything. The stain was gone. So the next step was to use it on a bigger area. We sprayed it over a huge amount of rug that had yellow spots. I'm not sure what they were, but not kitty smell. Anyway, we then used the big machine and everything came up so easily, it was like there were no stains at all. I would buy this in bulk, if I could. But two bottles at a time are sufficient and economical. I bought some for home next. I have a dog that is, well, not very well trained or incontinent, one of the two. I actually dumped a good portion of one bottle over an area she frequented. I never thought I would see that area clean again. IT WAS GONE!! And it was enough to keep her from using that area again, because the smell was gone too. If they ever quit selling this, I will cry. I have used every type of cleaner that I've seen advertised. This is by far the best and most economical. I still like my Enzyme Cleaner & Pet Odor Eliminator Concentrate, but now I'll use that sparingly because it is pricey.

I bought this because of a review I read saying it removed bile stains from cat vomit, which is notoriously difficult to clean up. I can confirm this is 100% true, and has saved my brand new couch from disaster already. Make sure you wait the 5 minutes to let the enzymes work, then use a damp towel to clean the area and dry with a fresh towel. The scent is a little strong at first, but I can deal with that since it thoroughly removes all the evidence of cat barf. Has worked well on upholstery and rugs so far, highly recommend if you have pets at home.

I have the Bissell Little Green Mini Portable Carpet Cleaner. Works great, but I had lot of old pet and food drop stains that wouldn't come out, even with multiple attempts. Tried this pretreat, let it sit for about five minutes, and that loosened it up. Even the old chocolate bits and unrecognizable snack food spills. Can't recommend this combination highly enough!

I love this product. It works so well on all stain removals. It doesn't take much so the drying time is very fast. I do have a problem with how they sent this to me. I received two bottles and then in the box was the spray nozzle. I was a very cheap plastic. It had been stuffed into the box and had been kinked so now it doesn't work. I was only given one so I am glad I still had my old bottle so I will just pour that new in it.
