Chickapea Pasta, Pasta Chickpea Lentil Elbow Organic, 8 Ounce

Turns to mush very quickly, much more so than other pasta alternatives

My husband bought these in our local grocery store. I added them dry to a casserole to be baked in the oven.They turned to absolute mush long before the casserole was even hot. No elbows left. Not even pasta blobs.And the flavor was unpleasant, too. And I really like chickpeas. This is just-- gross.Groceries are too expensive now days to risk using this horrid product.All of it-- about $10 worth of good groceries were ruined by the addition of this pasta.I'd give it five negative stars if I could!
