Dropped the CPU Temp by 20F. Mounting Screws Grommet Issue Easily Correctable.
Was effective in dropping my CPU temp by 20 degress Farenheit. Installation was difficult on my HP Desktop-Elite potato. The stock proprietary HP CPU cooler mount required the use of the LA115X brackets. For this computer model, follow the INTEL LGA 115X guide procedure although the CPU is an AMD. Also the mounting screws' rubber grommets were too short to make contact with the motherboard, because the processor sits high above the board on this computer. Adding a couple of neoprene washers under the grommets allowed for a snug mounting to the motherboard. The kit should come with taller or additional grommets to accomodate this circumstance. The backplate interfered with my re-seating of the motherboard. I used a dremel tool to remove the original chassis mounts that the original CPU cooler was mounted to. This worked because this kit's cooler is held in place to the motherboard by the kit's supplied backplate instead of to under-motherboard chassis mounting threads . A lot of modification was involved with replacing the original CPU cooler with this kit, but it all worked out in the end. Also, check your BIOS. It may allow you to increase the idle CPU fan speed. I set mine to 15% faster and my idle CPU temp dropped from 116F to 87F.

looks great, but it's loud
Ramps up heavily to manage the heat of a Ryzen 7600 non x variant. Gets very loud when the fan speeds up. Installation is a bit more fickle than the comparable ID-Cooling offerings. Gets the job done, but I might spend the extra few bucks to get the easy installation of a similar model by ID-Cooling or the performance of a Noctua.

Good Little Cooler
Mounted this on a Ryzen 4500 in an ITX build, it kept it perfectly cool and no issues.

Worked like a charm, 15C temp improvement at stock settings
Significant improvement in temperatures over the stock cooler. 14C on both idle and Full Load temps with stock "standard" fan profile.
