When my 17 year old son told me that the button had popped off his Lee Jeans, I figured I would just need to buy him a new pair of jeans. I decided to look up the buttons for jeans and found these, which are reasonably priced and decided to give them a try. They didn't come with any instructions, so I looked at the Amazon page and found the instructions there. The button was easy to screw on and seems to be sturdy. We'll see if it stays for long after my son wears the jeans again. I am pleased with the results so far.

This button worked perfectly on my man's pair of Lee jeans. It's super easy to do and holding up nicely after several months use. So happy to find this brand.

Good to have on hand. Quality fix. Screws tight, comes with little screw driver & lock tight tube ( use a drop when tightening ). I have used these snap replacements 3 time now. Perfect fix. This is the right size for my corduroy , jean cut style pants. I have also seen a smaller size replacement snap, think a different company but maybe from same comp. Don't remember.

These are nicely made buttons and I really like the color, but both the screw length and button post are too short for using on jeans for the waist closure button, at least for the pants I was trying to use them with (3mm thick at that point). For these the screw length is around 4.7mm, and the button post is 3.5mm. That would have made the button very hard to get in and out of the hole, plus not much grab for the screw. That screw needs to be a LOT longer otherwise it will be a bear to get on and not strip the screw. The Dritz 4-38 buttons that I normally use (and ran out of) on the other hand have a button post of 6.1mm and the backing pin is 7mm and work great. Decided to try these as I thought I needed something larger in diameter, but decided to return these and buy the 4-38 buttons again. I'm kinda questioning the screw method too, seems like it would easily unscrew. They did include thread lock fluid with it which maybe will help. The Dritz buttons can be a pain to install, but if you use a good bench vise and line everything up at the beginning it's easy to push the pin in. Just have to be careful not to push it too far in otherwise it will poke out the front.
