What container will work with brand of sous vide?

Anything as long ad the mount will work and the water is deep enough to cover the circulation vents. I use a Dutch oven frequently.

Temperature Range is: 25-92.5 - C or 77-198.5 - F. The timer can be set @ 0-99hrs. - 59min

Is there an easy way to set it for 24 hours (or a short cut perhaps)?

24 , or more, or less, this is an amazing product. precise, versatile, easy read and easy to handle. I personally made a roast beef for 24 h, and result will simply amaze you.
