Wonderful Sweet & Hot Mustard!!!
I love Sweet and Hot Mustard and this is my absolute favorite! I was sad when I could no longer find in my local stores. Even though it cost a little more than when I was able to buy it in the store it is a large 13 oz. bottle that will last quite awhile so still a great value. Worth it! I use it on sandwiches and for a snack I just squeeze some on a slice of cheese!

Delicious but may put the "turd" in mustard
I bought Beaver Brand Cranberry Mustard because Iโm a big fan of their sweet hot mustard and wanted to try something different. The cranberry flavor is distinct and well-balanced, noticeably fruity with a pleasant sweetness, but not overpowering. It complements turkey especially well and adds a nice tangy contrast without turning the sandwich into dessert. The mustard base still comes through, so it feels like a true condiment rather than a novelty spread.Visually, itโs a challenge. The dark color and thick consistency allow it to hold its shape with impressive structural integrity and often forming a neat spiral or coil when squeezed out. Unfortunately, that coil bears an uncanny resemblance to the outcome of a dogโs emergency walk. Itโs not an attractive condiment, and it doesnโt spread elegantly, but if you can look past the presentation, the flavor absolutely justifies keeping it in rotation.

Passing Mustard
This is the sort of condiment which many Americans are satisfied with as long as it is semi-fluid, and yellow. Taste, aroma, and texture are rarely considered, and that's a shame when there are so many varieties available like Beaver Sweet Hot Mustard. At first I thought the name was a bit of a non-sequitur until I placed the Beaver Mustard next to a honey squeeze bottle which dispenses product from a bear's head, and a creamer which pours milk from a cow's mouth. It actually compliments the anatomically incorrect menagerie of condiment holders, since bears don't make honey, and milk comes from a different part of the bovine. This mustard is certainly far from too hot, with just the right hint of spiciness, which follows through with a sweet aftertaste which isn't cloying in the least. The texture is smooth, as are most mustards with honey and flour. It finishes off with a slight bite, akin to a milder and short lived horseradish. If you are venturing away from the `yella' in search of something slightly more exotic, this would be a good choice. A mustard with this wide of a flavor profile has me using it as a vegetable dip and dressing, along with the usual association with hamburgers and hot dogs. The container is a squeezable plastic which holds a generous 13 ounces of orangey colored goodness, and is delivered in a case totaling six units. So when it comes to selecting something different in the vast world of mustards, you can "Leave it to Beaver" (see what I did there?).

Nice balance of flavors
Great product, nice balance of sweet & heat. Really good with summer sausage & crackers, veggie dips, etc. Unfortunately the vendor shipped me Beaver Honey Mustard by mistake. It's good too, just lacks the heat i want.

A nice balance of sweet & spice
I normally enjoy a habanero mayo spread that I get from a farmstand in the north during the summers and I was looking for a decent replacement to use during the winter months. I primarily use this for turkey sandwiches. This seems to be a perfect balance between sweet and spicy. I think this would also be pretty good to dip pretzels in. I would say itโs mild to medium spicy with just enough sweetness.

Almost as good as Aunt Joyce's HOT Sweet mustard!
This is awesome hot sweet mustard! Perfect for deviled eggs and deviled egg salad. I was writing a cookbook that contains recipes of my buddies', who have gone on ahead, favorite sides and meals. When I came to Andy, who was shot and killed by police in 2003, I remembered a time he was visiting me and said he was hungry, and I told him all I had was a deviled egg salad, I had made for our Labor Day gathering, but he was welcome to it, just be warned it was hot n sweet! He took one bite and went through the roof! He was screaming, "YOU made this? You made this yourself?" I started laughing because I thought it was too hot for him, but then he said, "The is the best damned potato salad I've ever had!" I said, It's deviled egg salad, my own recipe. And he ate every bit of it and asked me to make some for him to take to his grandpa.Of course the big secret is Beaver Sweet N Hot mustard. It's what makes it so good! But, if you want to know the little secrets and put it on your festive table, you'll just have to buy my cookbook. It's called The Empty Chairs' Favorite Sides & Meals.BUT HEY, YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE MY COOKBOOK, TO ENJOY BEAVER SWEET HOT MUSTARD. PICK UP A BOTTLE AND TRY IT RIGHT NOW, YOU'LL BE SO GLAD YOU DID.

Hot and tangy
I grew up in Oregon eating Beaver Brand hot mustard when we made Chinese food. One day I decided to try it on some turkey. A new favorite snack was born! I now use the hot mustard in marinades and all kinds of dishes. A little goes a long way! We split our time between Oregon and Florida. Since I discovered Amazon has the B.B. in stock I ship a case of the hot mustard and the honey sweet to our home in Florida as we can't buy it in the stores on the east coast or the south. I'm also shipping the mustards to our Oregon home when we're there because it's cheaper than buying it on the shelf. Thank you Amazon!

Not Worth It & Too Expensive
It's not worth the cost and they don't do refunds.
