Is this good for dry skin?

Yes definitely, I recommend this to people with very dry skin because it contains lots of ceramides which help to keep fluids in the skin barrier (in other words, ceramides can help prevent transepidermal water loss)

Does this toner really help to remove remaining makeup/dirt after cleansing?
