**Q: where is it made?**
A: This filter is manufactured for Whirlpool, under license, in Taiwan or China.

**Q: Will this filter work with the whirlpool model #whcf-duf? unable to purchase filters locally anymore.**
A: I use it on a Whirlpool WHKF-DUF filter housing. I think I had to steal a soft seal/washer from another filter to put in the bottom to make sure the height sealed the filter to the housing at the top. I also drilled the filter hole to maybe 1/2" for less water flow restriction. So an imperfect solution for me and I don't know about WHCF-DUF housing.

**Q: Does this work with an "Ecowater" under the sink system?**
A: There is not enough information provided to be sure, but this filter will fit "standard" filter housings produced by many manufacturers. The housings are usually designated as 2.5" X 10" (the dimensions of the filter). Hope this helps!

**Q: Does this come with an O-ring?**
A: It did not come with an o ring. It is only the replacement filter.
