Wow! Finally i bought it after a lot of doubts. Reviews. Thinking.. reading.. hesitating.. and being tired to mop my kitchen every day so many times. It is amazing helper. It started smoothly and was so easy to understand even for dummies. Yes it also needs some maintenance - and due to compact sizes you need to fill tank daily, wash the mop and etc. But it still worth it especially if you have big space and not crowded. Though it navigate around room very well. I decided to buy accessories and ordered some extra mops here and brushes but not sure if those are originals. In general- I am happy i bought it

Great investment. Setting aside the hassle of cleaning the filter and dustbin after every cleaning, it's a must have piece of kit. I'll be buying theself cleaning top in a few months when the prices drop. Mopping is okay, I have to do two rounds of deep cleaning to remove minor stains, but the stronger ones require proper mopping. No complaints on the vacuuming though. Great mapping and route planning.

I have a new best friend, this vaccum is amazing, the app is great and you can select a specific room or zone if you only to clean a specific area. It’s amazing! I would suggest getting the auto empty dust collection.

The product kept giving me error 4 which is to clean the sensors. I have cleaned them multiple times. I do not have any carpets or stairs for the robot to break. It’s been less than 2 years since I purchased it and customer support is not helpful at all. I basically paid a lot of money for one of the worst robots ever. Do not recommend.

I love this thing. We have tile floors throughout our home that I dread cleaning. The Roborock allows me to clean them multiple times per week. 2 complaints: 1. the carpet detection is not foolproof. I spend a lot of prep time picking up throw rugs and rolling up carpets that I don't want the Roborock to get caught up in. 2. It doesn't consistently tell me when it has run out of water. Sometimes it does... sometimes it doesn't.

I just bought it, used for a week and I can say it does exactly what it says in product description. Amazed by the intelligence built into it. Room clean, spot clean and zone clean are very convenient, cleans the carpets so well. Works on multilevel , just needs help to go up the stairs. Need to monitor for long term use.

This is an incredible product. I absolutely love it, it’s amazing. It cleans above my expectations. I bought it specifically to deal with animal hairs as I have three pets and it does this wonderfully. It has transformed my life. Some reviewers said it was noisy but I don’t find it so although I do live in Cairo and we’re “noise immune” in this city ☺️. Anyway I highly recommend it to anyone considering buying this purchase.

It has amazing suction power, it can mop and vacuum at the same time, and it has a smart mapping feature that lets me customize the cleaning zones and schedules. O mapeamento automático é fantástico e o app é muito fácil de usar. O piso laminado ficou brilhando, parecia que havia passado cera. A bateria poderia ser melhor, dura o suficiente para aspirar e esfregar 1x meu apto de 180m2 no nível 3, o que leva 1h40m. Mas prefiro a opção de 2x, pois nesse caso o aspirador faz o trajeto mais completo na horizontal e vertical. Só que aí ele volta pra base quando a bateria atinge 20%, e só reinicia qdo carrega até 80%, o que demora umas 3h. Então 1h40 x 2 + 3h = 6h20m Apesar do mop ser largo, parece que só a parte central que esfrega deixa um rastro úmido. O filtro HEPA lavável é ótimo, pega uma poeira finíssima. A caixa de sujeira poderia ter um design melhor; a bola de sujeira quase sempre fica presa, tenho que ajudar a sair com os dedos. Tenho um gato peludo, um bebê em introdução alimentar que suja o chão 4x ao dia, e meu cabelo cai demais. Apesar disso, minha casa nunca ficou tão limpa. A faxineira vem 1x por semana, então uso o aspirador a cada 1 ou 2 dias pra manter a limpeza. Então economizo pois não preciso da empregada em tempo integral pra mamter a casa limpa.

J'étais sceptique avant d'acheter ce produit, mais c'est devenu un indispensable dans la maison. Je suis toujours autant impressionner de la précision de cette machine. Elle passe littéralement partout. Elle s'adapte à tout ce qu'on déplace et les contournes. Sa bac est assez large, nous vivons dans un 4 1/2 avec deux chats et elle peut passer plus de 3 jours sans se faire vider. Elle se vide en moins d'une minute et se lave facilement. La moppe se détasse du plastique, on peut donc la mettre au lavage sans problème. Je conseil de la laver à chaque semaine car elle fini par sentir. Possiblement plus souvent si vous l'utilisé à chaque jour. Ça a fait une énorme différence sur les poils, la poussière et résidu sur le plancher. N'hésitez pas, c'est un très bon produit. Après deux mois d'utilisations, toujours aussi satisfait :). Le seul point négatif à dire c'est qu'elle peut s'enfermer dans une pièce si la porte n'est pas complètement ouverte.

A pesar de ser una compra algo cara, valió 100% la pena. Yo que tengo una perra boxer, la verdad es que mi piso se ensucia más rápido, la puedo poner estando o no en casa, mientras hago otras cosas. Hay unas que se vacían solas, pero yo no tengo inconvenientes en vaciarla yo misma, lo hago aprox cada 15 días y la uso 2 o 3 veces a la semana. La función de mopa casi no la uso porque recomiendan que sólo se le ponga agua al tanque, y no estoy dispuesta a comprar limpiadores especiales. La aplicación funciona bien, obviamente con wifi y puedes escoger si limpia todo el piso o sólo un área, si pasa 1 o 2 veces, la intensidad de aspirado, etc. Es muy intuitiva. Mi casa es de 2 pisos y la uso en los 2 pisos. El mantenimiento es sencillo, siguiendo las instrucciones del manual. Llevo 1 año con ella y no me ha fallado, así que ha sido toda una inversión hasta ahora.
