Dieses Mehl ist wirklich hervorragend für Pizza geeignet. Der Teig gelingt immer und die Pizza schmeckt so, wie es sein soll. Konsistenz, Formbarkeit und Geschmack des Teiges sind spürbar besser als bei Mehlen aus dem Supermarkt. Da bezahlen wir gerne auch etwas mehr. Wir verwenden jetzt nur noch dieses.
