Claims to be 1000mAh but they have shorter battery life than the OEM 900mAh batteries.
On average, I get about 6-7 hours out of infrequent use (jumping in and out of meetings) and 3-4 hours of constant use (gaming, watching streaming media, long running meetings) out of my worn out OEM Steelseries batteries. These batteries gave me at most 5 hours of infrequent use and about 2-3 hours of constant use. Very disappointed with these batteries.

Terrible … doesn’t even fit in the headset
I have the 1st gen headset and older batteries like this one … fits in charger but not the headset … garbage and waste of my money.
