I placed my order and it was delivered in 2 days. Took me 2 hours to put together and I am delighted with the result. It looks good in my lounge and is quiet in operation.

WOW what a lovely fire....the delivery was quick and the fire and surround were well packaged. My husband liked that everything was well numbered making the job of assembling the unit easier. I wanted a focal point for the room and boy did I get one ......just love it especially the warm log effect.

For the price I can’t complain, easy enough to put together, other than two pieces being labelled up wrong, which was confusing until I realised they were incorrectly marked up. Other than that it was easy to set up and doesn’t need any skill to assemble. On delivery it will come as two separate packages, so don’t be alarmed when only half of it comes at first. I’d highly recommend if you’re wanting an electric fireplace but don’t want to spend an absolute fortune

This is a beautiful fire place, unfortunately it took around 3 weeks to get it, the first 2 I was sent came damaged, on both occasions it was 2/3 days of letting them know and them trying to get me to fix the damage, first been offered £12 then £50 to keep the damaged surround, I do not hav the skills to do this plus i'v paid for a new perfect condition product, so no I'm not going to fix it myself, I had to ask for a replacement on both occasions and was left with the damaged ones, the 3rd came finally with the top piece perfect, but still had to use a piece from another box, I love the fireplace, but I wouldn't knowingly deal with this company again, there's clearly no quality control, these were not damaged in transit the boxes were in perfect condition and packed very well, it shouldn't hav taken 3 attempts over 3 weeks to get it right

Fast delivery, great price ,I had a problem with 1 part being wrong but seller offered me a few options and we agreed that I would wait for a replacement,came today so all good . I would definitely recommend this seller.

Absolutely beautiful fire, but unfortunately after almost 2 years the fire started switching itself off. I emailed company through amazon, but both emails were totally ignored by seller. I knew it would be out of warranty but enquired to see if could just purchase the fire insert.
