We got this Lacrosse Goal Net for my 14 year old daughter for her birthday. She easily put it on her net, and began to practice. It has help her practice shooting to targeted areas of the goal. She loves it, and she recommends it to other lacrosse players.

Well, not all are lost. Our son has some bad aim at times and this can't fix it, BUT, it does eliminate the majority of the balls from going into the bushes and neighbors yard. It was easy to put together and is holding up through the winter. Great product.
