I bought these to teach my younger kids how to sort their laundry and to help give the laundry room some semblance of organization. So far, so good. They baskets are roomy, measuring 18" wide, 25" long, and 10" deep. With three of them, they are comfortably holding a week's worth of laundry, minus bedding and bath towels. I agree with other reviewers that the handles aren't as sturdy as I'd like; but, these three baskets stay in the laundry room. Since I'm not using them to haul laundry back and forth, I'm hoping the handles will last. Other than that, they seem sturdy, and I appreciate being able to have the laundry pre-sorted on wash day.

I've never knew it was possible to make a laundry basket that "doesn't work" until now! It amazes me that a product as simple as a laundry basket can be made practically useless and even dangerous. The "comfort handles" for these baskets are not part of the actual basket; they are snapped on without any kind of adhesive or screws. On multiple occasions, simply carrying a moderate load was enough for the basket to detach from the handles and fall to the floor. You can try to snap the handles back in, but they seem even weaker afterwards. And without the handles, these baskets are pretty much useless since there's no easy way to grip the basket without them. I know this is not a rare situation because I bought three of these, and I had the exact same issue with all of them. It's sad because the baskets themselves are very sturdy, but the handles are the weakest point and make them useless.
