Buyer beware! NOT AS ADVERTISED. Return policy is SUSPECT at best.
I purchased this vacuum for an auto shop(vacuuming vehicles) payed $470 dollars for it, worked for 5days... and the electrical motor started smoldering and I believe caught fire. I ran it out side in the parking lot for safety reasons... when I inquired about a return, I was told there is a restocking fee, and shipping is involved.... (joking right). There will Be no “restocking fee” involved it will need to be fixed or thrown away... also louder than advertised.. less than impressed with the entire process... I will be and have been looking elsewhere. 471$ gone! You have lost my business.

Don't believe the noise rating...or the "tool start" claim...and avoid this seller in any case.
1. Actual noise output actually measured over 80 dB-A from 6ft - nowhere near the claimed (and specified in the manual) 65 dB-A at 1 Meter. 2. The "Tool Start" is limited to 200 Watts Maximum (about 2A at 120v)! What dust-producing tools do you have, or know of, that run at less than 2 Amp? 3. The hose diameter is 1-1/4" and has a typical old fashioned home vacuum hose (neither anti-static nor smooth interior) and a chrome plated metal floor extension (one half of which came with a small dent). The tiny plastic front wheels don't maneuver very well, and probably would require constantly lifting the vac if there were any debris on a floor. 4. Overall, this is a compact, but very noisy, low-airflow home consumer type plastic vac with an expensive-to replace tested HEPA filter. I would not even consider using this vacuum for it's implied professional applications (remediation, RRP, etc. Calling it "Contractor Grade" is difficult to understand, if you're expecting a rugged, quiet, safe HEPA vac for construction or shop professional purposes. 5. When the product was immediately returned because of misrepresentation on Amazon and failure to meet claimed specs, I was charged over $65 in "restocking fees" and had to pay and additional $38 in shipping from San Diego to Los Angeles by UPS. BTW, the unit was never used - just assembled in a clean area, turned on and tested for air flow and noise - and then carefully repackaged in the original box. Now, a week later, this same vendor is selling these things for $33 less than the $362 we paid!
