I have plantar fasciitis, and these have become one of my favorite insoles for keeping my feet comfortable when I'm on them all day.I regularly walk 15,000–20,000+ steps a day at work, so my shoes and insoles get a lot more wear than they probably would for the average person. These give me firm arch support without feeling painfully aggressive, and they make standing and walking for long periods much more tolerable for my feet.With that amount of constant use, I usually get around three months out of a pair before I start noticing my feet hurting again and realize the insoles have probably reached the end of their useful life. Considering how many miles I put on them during that time, I've been very happy with how well they hold up.One thing I would recommend is having supportive insoles in more than one pair of shoes rather than moving the same pair back and forth constantly. Rotating between shoes and insoles helps spread out the wear, and I've found it also gives the cushioning some time to recover between uses.The cushioning on these isn't excessively soft or squishy. It feels supportive, which is what I personally need with plantar fasciitis. They also fit well in my shoes without making everything feel overly cramped.Everyone's feet are different, but these have worked extremely well for me. If you're someone who spends a lot of time walking or standing and needs good arch support, they're absolutely worth trying.

These work great, on my feet all day and pain is reduced. I order these every time I get a new pair of work boots.

Finally found the right inserts for my foot issues! I have multiple foot problems. Metarsal pain in my right foot after surgery 15 years ago and a bunion on my left foot that I'm trying to avoid surgery on, as well as I have overpronation of my left foot. I bought new Vionic walkers a couple months ago but the inserts were already wearing down and I started having pain. Usually I need an insert with a metarsal bump on it for my right foot but with these inserts I don't need it and walking comfortably with no pain! This is the first time I have bought one type of insert for both feet and have them work so well. Usually I have to purchase two different inserts for each foot. The overpronation on my left foot is corrected and well-supported with these inserts without feeling as if I am walking on a speed bump. I will be buying these again as soon as they start to wear out!

These are very supportive and comfortable insoles. They are much better than what comes in a shoe from the factory unless the shoes are designed and built for comfort with an insole that is more than just a bed layer for the foot.

When I opened the package I thought, wow, how could this actually work. it seemed so simple. Well, it did what it said it would do. The first several days my feet would hurt a little after working all day, especially the left bottom side of my left foot. but after a week I noticed my feet did not hurt like before, my back did not hurt, and my neck did not hurt.It really is a great product for my plantar fasciitis. there is still some pain there but nowhere near what it was.I would get up from sitting for hours at my desk and the pain was barely noticeable.I am looking forward to another few weeks to see if it goes away completely.

Finally found a pair of insoles that can help relieve the joint and connective tissue pain I've been experiencing while I'm recovering from Achilles Tendonitis and Proximal Hamstring Tendonopathy. I'll just have to add this to the cost of every running shoe I buy from here on out. Not the cheapest option, but its better than being in debilitating pain the day after a run.

These inserts are amazing! Heel cup supports foot and arch better than any others I've tried. Pain relief for 10 hour day. Durable, great quality and easy to insert. Did not have to cut for shoe size.

Perfect for sneakers, not too thick with enough flexibility! This is my 2nd pair, comfortable, good quality and helped with plantar fasciitis.

I have had plantar fasciitis for a couple months and heel pain that kept me from completing my day. I can’t tell how much these have helped. I swear I’m on my feet more now then before (12000-13000 steps) without any pain. They are my god sent. I will be buying for my other shoes. Thku to my doctor for suggesting these and for the makers of course !!!!

These are not a new product.They did not come in the original box and the right insole shows discoloration in the place where someone else's big right toe has been.
